I've tried MANY halal butcheries and none of them get the Filet Mignon right. In fact, many of them don't even offer this cut. Everyone seems to love fatty steak. Not me!
My son sears and cooks it to perfection and we feed friends and family with this gorgeous meat. It NEVER disappoints. Thank you!
