With Whole Yarramundi Lamb (Cut), you get a whole premium lamb option for bulk preparation, roasting, or custom kitchen use.

After cutting and packing, each lamb will be portioned into:
- 2 packs of Lamb Loin Chops
- 2 packs of Lamb Rib Cubes
- 2 packs of Lamb Cutlets
- 12-14 packs of mixed Lamb Cuts, in small to medium portions. These will include a mix of lamb leg, shoulder and shank cuts.
Estimated weight post-processing (cutting &trimming) : 13-14kg
