- What's the lead time on delivery?

During checkout, you can select your desired delivery date that suits you.
- How does Adam Halal keep it fresh?
We use vacuum sealed for all of our product. Our couriers all have refrigerated vans and lorries from pickup to delivery.
- Can I change or cancel my order?Yes, you can cancel your order with 48 hours notice. If you wish to change your order, the process is to cancel your original order and create a new correct order.
- If there's anything wrong with my order, what can I do?
Any inquiry should be done within 24hrs of day of delivery and our team will procees and advice accordingly.
- The delivery man is here and I am not home?
We will arrange to find a place to store the product for safe seeking in due time for your arrival.If not possible, we will have to arrange the courier to delivery back to our cold store and arrange for re-delivery.There will be an additional $10 charge for the courier re-delivery.
- What is the minimum order?
Minimum order is $30, there will be a $10 shipping charge for delivery
- The product received was bad, what do i do?
Report to us within 24hrs with photos and description. Upon receipt of your request we will reply within 3 working days after our Quality Assurance team has assessed and evaluated the issue. We will not be liable for the items (in terms for change of state/quality of product) after 24hrs post delivery ( change of hands of items)
- Do you have a retail outlet?
We do not have a retail outlet.
