Sizzling Greek Beef Souvlaki with Creamy Tzatziki


  • For Beef Souvlaki:

    • 500g Black Angus Beef Cube
    • 2 tablespoons olive oil
    • 1 tablespoon vinegar
    • 2 cloves garlic, minced
    • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
    • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
    • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
    • Bamboo skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes

  • For Tzatziki Sauce:

    • 1 cup Greek yogurt
    • 1 cucumber, deseeded and grated
    • 2 cloves garlic, minced
    • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
    • 1 tablespoon olive oil
    • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
    • Salt and pepper, to taste

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Marinate the Beef:

    • In a bowl, combine olive oil, red wine vinegar, minced garlic, dried oregano, sea salt, and black pepper. Add beef cubes and marinate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight in the refrigerator.

  2. Prepare the Tzatziki Sauce:

    • Mix Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, chopped fresh dill, olive oil, and lemon juice in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.

  3. Prepare the Skewers:

    • Thread the marinated beef cubes onto the soaked bamboo skewers.

  4. Grill the Souvlaki:

    • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the skewers, turning occasionally, until the beef is cooked through and slightly charred, about 10 minutes.

  5. Serve:
