And a source.
Our beef is exclusively Stanbroke. Born and raised on Australian pasture, it follows a connected journey through farming, feeding and processing. Care for the cattle and attention to quality shape our beef from the beginning. From our richly marbled Wagyu to our everyday cuts, we take pride in the beef we bring to your table.
Open country.
A natural beginning.
Our beef begins on Australian pasture. The cattle behind our beef are born and raised in open grazing country, with Queensland’s pastoral landscapes at the heart of their upbringing. Grass, space and experienced stockpeople lay the foundation for their growth.
Quality starts with how cattle are raised. Breed, nutrition and daily care shape the beef long before it reaches the butcher’s block. We value that foundation because it is where the character of every cut begins.
Through our partnership with Stanbroke, we bring you beef with a known origin and a connected journey from Australian cattle country to Singapore.
Four expressions.
One commitment to quality.
Our beef begins on Australian pasture. From there, breed and finishing shape four distinct eating experiences—from the character of grass-finished beef to the richness of grain-fed Wagyu.
Pasture from start to finish.
Our pure grass-fed, grass-finished beef comes from cattle that remain on pasture through the final stage of raising. Raised on grass and finished on grass, this range has a leaner eating character and a flavour shaped by Australian grazing country.
Balanced. Full of flavour.
Our grain-fed beef starts on pasture before a carefully managed grain-finishing program. Balanced rations of grain, hay and silage support growth and marbling, creating a dependable combination of flavour and tenderness for everyday meals and steak occasions.
Bold beef character.
Our Black Angus combines the character of the breed with considered grain finishing. Full beef flavour and developed marbling make this a satisfying choice for those who enjoy a rich, flavourful steak.
Distinctive marbling. Deep richness.
Our Wagyu combines its distinctive genetics with a dedicated grain-finishing program. Fine marbling brings richness, juiciness and a buttery eating character. Our range of marble scores lets you choose the richness you enjoy.
Grass-fed and grain-fed describe the feeding approach. Black Angus and Wagyu describe the breed. Our Black Angus and Wagyu are grain-fed, while our pure grass-fed range remains on pasture through finishing.
An in-house nutritionist develops the feeding rations behind our grain-fed programs. Each ration is tailored to the needs of the cattle and the requirements of the program.
Good farming
is personal.
Experienced stockpeople observe the herds, manage nutrition and handle cattle with care. This work happens every day, through every stage of raising. It is an essential part of producing the beef we are proud to serve.
Animal welfare is built into Stanbroke’s operations. Structured welfare programs, veterinary oversight and regular feedlot audits support the wellbeing of the cattle. Our commitment to quality starts with that care.
Stanbroke brings farming, feeding and processing together, supporting traceability and quality oversight throughout production. That connected approach is part of the care behind our beef.

Character you can see.
Flavour you can savour.
The fine white flecks within the meat are marbling. As beef cooks, this intramuscular fat contributes to its richness, juiciness and flavour. It is one of the qualities that makes our marbled steaks so satisfying.
Our Wagyu and Angus range brings together breed, considered feeding and the character of each cut. Wagyu offers distinctive marbling and richness; Angus delivers a full beef flavour. We bring you a choice of cuts and marble scores to suit the way you enjoy your beef.
Discover the meaning of a marble score
A marble score measures the assessed level of intramuscular fat. A higher score indicates more marbling. Our stated scores help you choose the level of richness you enjoy, alongside the cut and cooking method that suit your meal.
Our ribeye, striploin, tenderloin and slow-cooking cuts each have their own character. Choose the cut that suits the meal you have in mind.
