Yarramundi Lamb Loin Chops

Excellent as usual - A WhatsApp text was sent, delivery was on time. The meat was all vacum packed, presented in a clean box. The Lamb was tender and flavourful after cooking, Thank you.

Fresh and beautiful lamb cuts. Value for money.

The immediate reaction from my husband: “Mmm!” when taking his first bite of the lamb chops steak I prepared. Needless to say, all 6 pieces where enjoyed and gone in no time.🤭

As in my review of the Chilled Lamb Spare Ribs Cube, its succulence and flavour is unbelievable.

It’s a pity that I didn’t think of taking a photo as it was wiped out before it struck my mind.

My go-to butcher for special meals. You can never get such tender and juicy meat at your market butcher. Worth the price!
