Cheese Wagyu Prata Burger Roll
A fun Singapore street-style twist — juicy Wagyu Beef Patty wrapped in crispy prata with melted cheese and curry sauce.
Ingredients
For the Roll (per serving)

1 × Wagyu Beef Burger Patty (150 g) — premium, juicy, marbled

Salt & freshly ground black pepper, to taste

1 slice cheddar or mozzarella cheese

1 frozen roti prata (pan-fried until golden & crispy)

1 tbsp curry sauce (store-bought or homemade)

1 tbsp mayonnaise

A few fresh coriander leaves (optional, for garnish)
Instructions

Cook the Prata
Pan-fry the frozen prata on medium heat until golden, puffed, and slightly crisp. Keep warm. -
Cook the Wagyu Patty
Heat a skillet or grill pan on medium-high. Lightly season patty with salt and pepper. Cook 4–5 minutes per side, until done to your preference. In the last minute, place cheese slice on top to melt. -
Assemble the Roll

Place cooked prata on a board.

Spread mayonnaise and curry sauce across the centre.

Place the cheesy Wagyu patty on top.

Add coriander leaves for freshness (optional).

Gently fold and roll the prata around the patty, securing with a toothpick if needed.
