A quick and flavourful twist on a classic burger — juicy Wagyu beef patty paired with a spicy, tangy sambal-chilli mayo.
Ingredients
For the Burger (per serving)

1 × Wagyu Beef Burger Patty (150 g) — rich marbling, tender bite

Salt & freshly ground black pepper, to taste

1 tbsp mayonnaise

1 tsp sambal oelek (adjust to spice preference)

1 fresh red chilli, thinly sliced

½ tsp rice vinegar (or white vinegar)
-
1 soft burger bun, lightly toasted

1 leaf iceberg lettuce

1 slice ripe tomato
Instructions

Make the Sambal-Chilli Mayo
In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, sambal, sliced chilli, and vinegar until smooth. Taste and adjust spice or tang to your liking. -
Cook the Wagyu Patty
Heat a skillet or grill pan over medium-high. Season the Wagyu patty with salt and pepper. Cook 4–5 minutes per side, or until preferred doneness. Its marbling ensures a juicy, flavourful bite. -
Assemble the Burger

Spread sambal-chilli mayo generously on the toasted bottom bun.

Add lettuce and tomato slices.

Place the cooked Wagyu patty on top.

Finish with more sambal-chilli mayo and close with the top bun.
